Nautical Wedding Decor Ideas

Dreaming of an amazing beach theme for your wedding? Nautical wedding decor makes it look very inspirational like it happened on a ship! Why not decorate the place with nautical decorating ideas to make it look unique and bright blue. There are various ideas that can be implemented that are inexpensive and also make the place look beautiful.

Gang runners in blue stripes:

This is a very simple aisle runner compared to most other runners but it will look very simple and suitable for a nautical themed wedding decoration. The bold stripes of navy blue and white spilling down the aisle with lanterns and few flower petals make the place look pretty.

Idea for place cards:

Check out this cute place where the cardboard is folded like a boat that we used to make when we were kids. You can put these little boats on a blue cloth and print the names and table numbers on the boat. This will look like boat numbers and will be very different.

Centerpiece Decor:

Decorate the table with anything that screams nautical and beachy, and one way to make it look appropriate is to place a ship model on the table as the centerpiece, along with some seashells or starfish to add charm to the table.

Decor aisle chair:

Although you have different ways to decorate the chairs, one of the most inexpensive and easiest ideas is to hang blue rope balls on the sides of the chair. This is very easy as you tie a knot and hang the bundle on each chair even at the recent wedding.

Idea for the setting:

Decorate the table with clean white plates, navy blue napkins neatly folded and you can place some seashells or starfish on the tables where they can also be taken home as favors to commemorate the wedding.

I love the starfish idea!

Dining Chair Decor:

Hang ring buoys behind each chair or on a few chairs around each table for those lifeguard rings to add a more nautical look to the themed wedding. You can also print names on it to make it more interesting.

Table Numbers:

This is a plain white card with a blue number printed on it and an anchor shield to give the number card a nautical look. You can also add numbers to starfish to make them look different.
